Hotel is located within 5 blocks of the train station. Staff was very friendly, competent, and helpful. City information was supplied to us by hotel. Good heaters were in both room and bathroom.
The location was in an area and near a park where lots of homeless hung out. We were never out after dark which would be recommended to anyone staying at the hotel. The room had lots of deferred maintenance and was not well cleaned during our stay. However, we did have clean sheets and towels during out stay.

Breakfast was OK nad the beds were confortable. Double windows too.
No room service for two days in a row! Romms are not sound-proof at al. Coming from the train station the location is good. But you are in the middle of a very small neighborhood with prostitutes and all that follows...

Hassle-free, functional accommodation in a very convenient location
Early starters waking me up - having bed head next to door probably didn't help

It was a good value very convenient hotel.Although the single room was not over large it had everything needed including a bath.If you avoided the one seedy street nearby the rest of the area was ok with a Lidl within a 100 feet for budget food

I liked that the city centre and the Canal du Midi is reacheble by foot. And I liked the bicykl system in Toulouse.
Unfortunately I for the second time had the view from the window to the wall.

The staff were very friendly and there was free Wifi in the rooms.
This hotel is in a horrible a location. it is located just off a square that stinks of urine and is occupied by homeless people and what appeared to be prostitutes. There are also a number of lap dancing clubs and adult shops located in the vicinity. While i appreciate that space can be at a premium on some of these old French buildings, the rooms are poorly designed and the space could be better utilized. For instance, the shower cubicle was too small, which was very irritating.

A budget hotel, very simple stuff but for a low price at least. Convenient location between the city center and the railway station - for the ones that travel by train.
No regrets if the room had been cleaned properly... The toilet especially bore the signs of the previous guest - disgusting!!! When I mentioned that to the man in the reception, he said it was not his fault (!). The location might be not bad, but the district is shabby and the nice part of the town is on the other side.

Cheap stay for under 100 usd per room per night. Definitely not for kids with alot of strip clubs near by.
Urine smell in the streets and 75 year old hookers on the street corner.

Helpful staff & pleasant room. Good buffet breakfast if a little expensive. Compared with other locations in France Toulouse did seem on the expensive side.
